We are looking for a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our
dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling a broad range of IT
software and hardware products to new and existing customers. This role is perfect for
someone with a passion for technology and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales
environment.
Experience:
o Minimum of 1+ years of inside sales experience in the IT industry, specifically in
software and hardware sales.
o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
o Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
o Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
o Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge:
o Basic understanding of IT software and hardware products, including but not
limited to servers, storage solutions, networking equipment, cybersecurity tools,
and enterprise software.
o Familiarity with cloud computing solutions, SaaS, and other emerging
technologies.
